So your declare is probably just delayed by the 5 years or so it'd take to catch up to all the goldenrod they're most assuredly issuing nowadays. Since they all sound much the same anyways, and rarely reflect any kind of reality, shouldn't somebody re-introduce them to the idea of a MS Word macro to improve their stats? I know they can't boiler plate them because they have to at least simulate the administration of actual justice, but would anybody notice if they used the same sentences over and over in a random order? The reason I say this is that since they know so much about you, and you mentioned on here that your daughter is a member of Anonymous, they will most likely come after her as they have good reason to to get to you. They would be able to find out her information based on your own, and they're trying very hard to do anything they can against Anonymous members right now. They can most likely find your friend as well, given that they would have a list of everyone you disconnected from, no? Look. The CoS is flailing right now and they're going to focus their dwindling resources on people that pose threats to them instead of this blatant shotgun-and-hope-you-hit-something approach they've been using and given the fact you leaked documents, I'd bet any amount of money you just went really high up on their priority list. PM me if you need help, but the point is, three copies of these documents are not enough.

I gave myself an upcoming, self imposed deadline for the agent to "make a move" and it's approaching... I know things are going to get worse--already are--- I took my kiddies to the pool, trying to do normal things, then to the library, only to walk home to a disconnect for electric on my door.... Bad enough right? Well got the kiddies settled and check the voice mail...there was a call from an org member (not local) and it took 3 calls to get their message completed. My voicemail has a three minute limit. I will have to transcribe, and right now, I'm just too tired to do it. Maybe later tonight or tomorrow. It was basically a demand of the return of any docs owned by the CoSI to my local org, or they would be forced to take legal action. NOTHING I have is OWNED by the Cos! I'm just now getting out of the anti-social phase, not too uncommon as I hear. I'm going to get some coffee, feed the kids, re-listen to the VM's and see if I can muster the strenght to do it tonight. You know what they say about too many pots on the stove...

The culties are probably trying to make you give up and return/hand in the documentation before you finally go fully public with them, as they have (finally) learned in the last several months that once something is on the internet, it cannot be hushed up. Just the attempt is a point in favor of humanity. And the problem really begins for us when people stop stepping forward... it would be a sign that we are ALL in chains of one sort or another. Thus, when you end up actually saving a life, even if it's just one life, it is merely icing on our caek. But what wonderful icing, indeed. We REALLY appreciate hearing your story.

I will transcribe them tonight, because after listening to them 6 or 7 times it just pisses me off! Parrotnut: She is just fine. But parrots are very sensitive to changes, much more than cats or dogs. Even something as simple as a change in diet, muchless temp can kill them. As long as you're giving them your money and noth causing a problem ( she might not have gotten flap) they will continue to bleed you dry." She went on to tell me how well-to-do her uncle was, so I told her, he won't be for long if he stays in the CoS! The picture has caught the attn of a few people so far, even the mailman. I find myself having to explain in detail to people and most find it hard to believe...

They are saying stuff is missing which, as far as I understand it, would amount to a breach of the Data Protection laws in the EU.

Also--any confidentiality agreements which you may have signed will not hold up in court since you will be able to easily show that they were signed under duress. They ask " how can they get by with this"? "Why do people stay in if this is what happens when you leave", then you try your best to explain, why people stay (sometimes even I think now it sounds crazy), and I have no answers to the first question, other than to say, they stay on the line of the law...then I just tell them to look up operation snow white... If any of you out there have other suggestions as to how to answer these questions to someone that has never been apart of the CoS, by all means, advise...

I usually try to say this is not about me, it's about the abuses perpertrated by scientology. When they insist I ask them if they're familiar with AA? One of the steps is asking for forgiveness. One of the reasons I do this is to make up for anyone I may have gotten interested in the cult. (I did the VM tent shit, stress test etc) If my looking stupid causes someone to think, research and stay out. Fine. I'll look stupid. As each day passes and I don't see the agent doing too much with the info given (and it was juicy), it makes me a little mad. I hear it covers several jurisdictions and field offices...blah blah blah, in the meantime, I get the calls, mail etc..... Believe me, with my ongoing PI case, I have ALOT of stress. Factor in financial problems, medical bills etc and sometimes it gets overwhelming. I will say, that my also, non-teckie husband must be lurking the net, because he has brought up a few things and opened a dialog for reconcillation. Seeing that I'm not backing down from the fight. The fight, I think is more of a scare tactic, than anything else. Should I assume I'm declared.....LOL

There's a reason the Internet is CoS's biggest foe: There's no way for them to control the flow of information or restrict their fear mongering to a single person. Anything they do to anyone gets broadcasted to a huge crowd of people at once. Their scare tactics cannot work in such a scale. Once your isolation is gone, their tactics fall apart.

Now, what I do have is the messages re-recorded to a mini tape recorder. If any teckie person can figure this out, I'm all for it. Furthermore, IF the authorities don't make a move soon (my self imposed date) I would like someone to help me load the docs I have. I do know how to scan them, but from there I'm lost. For audio, you can run a line-in from the tape recorder to the microphone jack. If you have recording software (most computers do somewhere), you can make a file. For other items, you can even do it over email with a trusted source, and they can put it on the web for you. (Or scale it down for readability.)

If the mini-tape recorder has a headphone plug you can buy double-ended headphone jacks and plug it into your computer(microphone jack) then record it with Sound Recorder (Start -> Program Files -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Sound Recorder). You should hear it playing or see the soundgraph oscillating in the recorder, then when it's done click stop and save the file somewhere. Choose "Save As" and do MPEG Layer-3.

I take them now and I'm much happier and in a lot less pain! Then Fair game-- In my mind, that was all BS. this didn't happen. The CoS said it didn't happen. Well, I know better now don't I...!

While we know that your ID & location are not a secret, the content of the dox are. If you are considering releasing them to us, please choose a Mod that you trust, or one of the OG that works closely with us. My personal opinion (no offense meant to OG, either) is that you PM a Mod to arrange safe & secure transfer. You run the least risk that way, and will have more control over what happens to them, IMVHO.

But, there are sources to leak things to. Especially if they have little to no connection to you. If you are concerned about them being tied to you, I would take a second opinion on that.

I thought about making the same suggestion, but the people who are all "How can this go on?!" are also probably the people who are all "Why doesn't she just LEAVE him?!". Some people just can't wrap their heads around states of mind that they personally haven't experienced personally, and battered wife syndrome is one that's particularly difficult to understand, because the abuse strips you of reality in a lot of ways. Anyway, the reason I suggested turning their own disbelief around is that, like I said, people can usually best understand the state of mind that they currently are in. So if you can use that, you're golden.
