It's hard for me to say exacly how long I can drive with my limitations...I would guess from the last time I went, between Macon and Jacsonville. My body has a mind of it's own...hard to explain unless you have met me..even the Docs describe the disability as "unique". Some days are good and I have more get up and go than others. Some days it just don't want to work...

I called my PI atty on Friday and tried to tell him screw the case, they have made it impossible for me to be there, I will just file bankrupcy on the bills and that will be that, and he wasn't hearing me. He told me he would be in the office on monday, even though it was a holiday, doing work, and he would call me then. I was "to take the weekend and think about the decision I was making". Think about it?! My stomache hurts over all the thinking! My eyes are red from crying. Does he think I made this decision on a whim?! I have to allow the Ins atty to depose my little kids too! It would be on the phone, and the hang up is a VERY powerful thing, I have learned lately. I have bent over backwards to passify the Ins Co but they just keep demanding more. My own atty said "why did you have to come forward with all this Scientology BS before the trial". Well, I have one answer to this, my conscience! I commited no crimes but I knew things that others needed to know. Could I have waited, probably. Would it have helped the cause, no. That's why I didn't wait. I had his undivided attn in the conversation on Friday so I educated him on Scn! The abuses, illegal activities, and the scams. People dying, human rights violations, then the stuff that I had docs on. I left HIM with a bunch to think about and google this weekend! I even emailed him links to back up what I was telling him! Yes, I learned how to do a link in email! Yeah! I just can't shake the feeling that somehow, the PI case falling apart might be some kind of sign/punishment, that I need to consentrate on the other investigation. I expect that the conversation is going to be a heated on on Monday as well. Am I happy about the way things are heading, hell no! Do I see another way out of this mess, again, no..... If nothing else happened productively in the Conversation on Friday, I educated one more person about the evils of Scn.

He though a magical solution to my problems would happen over night... I told him the same thing..impossible to get there and stay for that lonbg. I already gave in on the kids being deposed with limits (Judge ordered). He just keep saying "you knew you would have to come back to FL for the case when you moved!" Yes, I did. I was leaving to be left alone, the cost of living is less, better DR's here at a teaching hospital, many reasons for the move. He doesn't want to hear about moving due tom SCN. The long and the short of it is, I told him can't be there, drop it. He told me he will call the Judges JA tomorrow, and get a date for a hearing to happen this week, pulling out of the case (dropping it). He said he hopes I come to my sences before then. It's not a matter of coming to my sences! I know this is letting people off the hook who should pay. I know the costs, believe me. This is college tuition, a home, medical care, I KNOW the cost! He never told me that I would have to be there for so long. Accually I shouldn't have to be! This has been an ongoing arguement for a while now. The Judge has bent over backwards to passify the defence, so not to give them a reason for an appeal. Even the mediator said that he "had the two best trial attys in front of him in FL". I'm not usually one to give up on a fight. Definately not a fight that has been ongoing for 2 years and I effectively won in the first trial, so the def atty provoked a mistrial! It's check mate, defence. On to the next and hopefully last fight..... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~EDIT I was asked why pull out now, maybe a solution would be forthcoming. I'm doing this now even though I have 2 weeks before I have to leave because the DR appts scheduled need to be canceled in a certain amount of time or my own atty and me have to pay for them. I can't pay, I'll be filing banrupcy. I don't want my atty to have addl' costs.

I doubt you'll be posted (publically at least) as an SP, as for fair gaming, remind them of the info you already gave (or just tell them some tidbits that you have, whether already turned in or not). That will give them something to think about and give you a good impression of how much they know based off of their reactions. Chances are good they'll talk to their superiors first and those guys'll tell them to leave you alone.

It means the opposing side is trying to make this as difficult for you as possible. That's it. It's as simple as that. The opposing side was hoping that you would either give up or settle for a smaller amount. Don't place undue importance on things other than the obvious facts.

I don't like the idea of giving up and Grogstat, yes, the other side and OSA would love to see me fall on my rear. More importantly, it's my children's future. You know, the other side asked me "if I knew the outcome would I still have gone in and put out the fire" At the time, I said I couldn't answer that... Now, the answer is yes, I would have. It was an adjoining wall with 6 people living next apt over and people below us. People could have died! I was also asked what was going through my mind when I did it, answer: ummm nothing, you only have seconds to react. I would like to be able to move on from this and on to the important case with alot less on my plate. Thank you.

I hope to get this over with with a HUGE win, and move on to the other case, and everything and anything that is needed of me, for that! I will fight that battle till the bitter end! Still waiting for copies of my deposition and need to give another, almost immediately after this trial ( really was hoping for a few weeks to recoup after this one, but life is what it is)... Honestly I don't want to say anything about what was said in those many hours, but when I get the go ahead from the authorities and Graham (after he see's the copy of the deposition) I would like to share just one minimal part, that I don't think has any relevance on what they are building (but hey, I'm not an atty) about what I was told by the CoS about Anonymous. They are such liars, I knew that before this was said, but I think you all will enjoy their preception of Anonymous. Thank you again to all.

Some of you may have figured out who I am, and some may dismiss my claims as BS. I know you've been told no one person is more important than the over all cause, but that is not true, Your children are just that, children, they are not reincarnated. I'm effectively now a single parent. I had health issues that became apparent after my accident, not related. I MUST take care of myself for my children. YOUR CHILREN need both parents or at least one. You CANNOT be healed by scientology! I'm not. Now, before you say it, it was not PTS/SP in my life, it was because it doesn't work! Medication is NOT bad for you. Proper health care is NOT bad for you. Your children NEED YOU. You can get out, regain a normal life, and wogville is much better than being in the grasps of scientology. If you want out there are many resources for you, just lurk more. Read the truth, get out and REALLY start to live. There are many people who will help you break the grasps. Scientology is a SINKING SHIP. GET OUT NOW. This is a win, win if you leave and a lose, lose if you stay. Just my two cents.

He still is giving me a ton of sh!t for coming forward with the scn stuff PRIOR to the end of the PI case, but you know what, the time was right. If all the ins co has is character assn then bring it on. I will own anything I've done, good or bad. This battle will get me ramped up for the next! I do wish I would have had a few weeks between case one and two to physicallt recoup, but life is what it is. I'll live. Don't worry about how short the fuse...it's not very long I promise. And it has much c-4 too it!

I was thinking last night, how else can I make this trip even more productive...and I remembered I had a box of old avery blank business cards when my oldest wanted to start her own business (long stupid "I'm young" story) anyway. I printed the left over cards to youfoundthecard.com. I have about 180 of them. I will be making this long trip and with kids and my limitations, stopping a bit more than the average person. I like to stop at Loves, Pilot and Flying J's, because there is usually alot of room for the kiddies to run and explore and stretch. They are also where the trucker stop and famlies on vacation with campers, due to the easy access. I plan to leave some everytime we stop all down the east coast. Not much of a contribution, but just a little something I came up with. If you all have other suggestions, please let me know...

When I was going through stuff and found the blank business cards I also found address labels. The sticky kind. Maybe print the same thing "youfoundthecard.com on them and put them on the insides of the tee's and caps they sell at truck stops along the way and in FL tourist shops? You will find them when you go to put the garment on. good idea? Yes or no?
