Re: Washington DC, October 23rd and 30th Update: 7am will be the best time to arrive. Use the DC metro system for travel. Its much easier and better than trying to find a parking space. Look for Anons holding a picnic tea party in the National Mall. We're staging our ground there. But bring your own snacks and beverages. We won't have enough for everyone. A good way to gather is at the Smithsonian metro station, then everyone hike over there. Coordinate here if necessary.
