I think he pwned them pretty well... Don't you?

Scientology's favorite game, Call 911 and report a fake crime, anything to get them to shut up.

    Scilon predictable tactic fail.
There has to be some OSA bot somewhere saying to himself "I'm following hubbard tech to the letter, why is the situation not handled? Scientology works and it helps people."

  6. Because Scilon Tech never works on those Damn SPs.... Haven't you seen how just READING something put out by an SP causes Case loss, and requires ethics to handle it?

Wise Beard Man never ceases to be, y'know, wise.

It's almost infuriating, how one person has logical irrefutable beingness.

The man drips integrity. Respect the OG, they knew trolling when pharoes ran things.

besides, he brings LULZ better than many, though Hamburg anons and Loldon too have inspired the planet, not forgetting Argentina, and everyone on Teegeack who has pointed and laughed at this bunch of fucking loonjobs, I'd like to thank y'all for all the caek and the stomach splitting laughter. It really is very funny, all this Squirrel Busters nonsense, it's what the internet was made for.

    Dear CWPD,
Please make a note that the LMT no longer exists and the injunctions against that organization are no longer relevant.

I love how scilon high level auditing promises "stable gains" - stable that is, unless someone says to you that they're not. Well done hubbard, that's some real powerful tech.

He's personally named. However, as you can see, the injunction only applies to specific places. I might have missed someone getting it dissolved, but as a permanent injunction, it would still be in effect. I suspect the cult might be disappointed in the results if they actually tried to enforce it, or get the cops to enforce it. At least on paper, though, it's still in force.

The best thing is knowing that at least one or two scientologists will be reading this thread right now.

And maybe they'll have the confront to watch that Bunker movie.

And they'll not allow themselves to even try to read the words here in a rational fashion.

    Word clear : cult victim

Sorry but Mayo got a lot of questions to answer.

This cult has dark secrets that Mayo, Rathbun, Rinder, and all the ex-sea arghh and orgy fools haven't divulged anonymously from an anonymous webcafe in an anonymous town yet.

There is no excuse. Nothing to fear but yourself.

If you think little David Miscavige is going to punish you for "overts", you haven't met Anonymous yet.

Anonymous will be here long after the last copy of "Diabetics" has been used for kindling.

There is literally nowhere left to run. The world is waiting.

And the cops named him before they'd even crossed the street.
They knew because they invented an injunction and reported it to the cops - and then the scientologists hid behind their little plastic curtains, and they hid away like scared little droopy eyed armless children.

"dauntless! defiant! resolute!" I DON'T THINK SO!

What a bunch of squeaky little squirrels. With squeaky clam hinges.
LolzyLOLmcLOLLOLwithCHEESELOLZandLOLFRIESand A clam CHOWDER. Brainfucked cult victims of LRH hypnosis bullshit can never win.
It's the law of the lulziest. And it makes me laugh and laugh and laugh. Look at this OT freak, tells you all you need to know about their "OT powerz!"

Here's where scientology gets you. Shellshocked and suckered in to thinking that this life doesn't actually matter, there are plenty more... uh, no.
This is it. If you're lucky to get reborn as a slug, you'd regret serving your human life to a worm like Miscavige. Quit the cult. Blow. Leave. Run away.

Unless you want to end up like this "OT". There are no OTs. Not one. There are no "clears". Not one.
What if it is all a scam? What then honey?
Then you check out what is true for you.

You check out the internet and the newspapers and the court records, and you see who is the real criminal.
Or you could get all your "facts" from Freedom magazine. Here are your OT's. Here's one now. She killed her mind so that David Miscavige could get rich.

    Aren't you proud of her?

I can't be arsed to find the damned maps anymore, but please notice that Bunker says that he didn't BREAK ANY INJUNCTION. He's also not going to challenge the injunction. There are maps posted somewhere in cyber land that I used to carry with me at the early protests just in case someone who'd been served that injunction showed up and Anons were handed the injunction. We would know where we could and could not protest if that happened. He's not going to challenge it and Clearwater Anons don't want to challenge the fucking thing either.

Bunker wasn't standing anywhere near the forbidden zones which for the most part are ten feet away from most of the cult entrances.

Also, please notice that the cops were not assholes. They shook hands with Bunker and he went on his way.

We get the cops called on us every raid and the cult wastes their money by hiring off-duty cops for every monthly protest. Every single month for over three years we've protested in Clearwater without doing anything that earns us an injunction of any kind. We've been assaulted and threatened and fairgamed and we let it roll because there is no sense in getting ourselves in trouble.

Also, have a video showing how quickly they could have gotten Lisa McPherson to Morton Plant Hospital:

That's not true. The injunctions remain intact, even of the organization fails, unless the injunction is reversed by court order, or said injunctions had a time limit to them.

With the long history that the cult has had with the CPD, it's amazing to me that these officers have not been advised that when the cult makes allegations against a protester, it's usually BS.

A decade ago, the CPD used to stand up to the cult (and saw through their usual BS) while keeping the peace. Now, it seems that "keeping the peace" means assuming that the cult is being honest before an investigation shows they're talking shit.

Well at least the cult provided WMB with some excellent footage of once again wasting tax payer's dollars by filing YET ANOTHER false police report.
I am actually glad they called the police, because it also gave WMB some more juicy footage of cult behavioir.
They never fucking learn. Foot bullet after footbullet. They must be running out of shoes.

I am not a lawyer, but I am a named party on the injunction. The way I read it, the injunction applies to PICKETING, which WBM clearly was not doing. The only way it could have applied is the part that says both named parties and Scilons must keep 10' from each other. I think the 10' rule applies all the time. Such an unconstitutional piece of crap.

Those cops have to live with the fucking crazy every day. The cops don't make the laws nor do they prosecute offenders. On one hand the OG says the CPD is corrupt and that the cult owned them back in the day and now you're saying that the cops used to play bad cop/badder cop with them? Which is it? Why is the Clearwater Police Department always failing? The cops know that it's PROBABLY BS that they're being called again, but what if the cops hadn't shown up with Rathbun and Rinder decided to go stupid and try to waltz into the Ft. Harrison? What if the dispatcher had just thought it was another bullshit call from the cult and hadn't sent anyone out? Do you know how much trouble the CPD would be in if that happened? BTW? Clearwater Anonymous made sure to call the CPD and tell them that Rathbun and Rinder had ZERO to do with us.

Let me tell you that Clearwater Anons have felt blessed by the Great Protest Gods to have the cops that we do here. We've been able to call meetings with them. They've coordinated protests for us in District III (Ruth Eckerd Hall is located in Dist. III). Our first police contact was Commanding Officer of District II Lt. James Steffens. He chose to be our contact instead of assigning another officer. Steffens ENCOURAGED us to wear masks and was upset when he'd read on enturbulation that people thought the CPD was corrupt due mainly to Bunker's old videos. Lt. Steffens actually missed a family wedding one weekend so he could be on duty for one of our protests.

Lt. James Steffens' godfather was former Clearwater mayor Gabe Cazares...

We do NOT get special treatment, but we are treated with respect and our cops keep the peace very well around this fucking crazy, evil cult and it pisses me off to read or hear other people who don't have a clue what goes on here making false statements about our cops.

BTW? Not just Anons who love our cops here. When Pinellas Co. Sheriff James Coates submitted a takeover of the CPD proposal hundreds and hundreds of people showed up to protest and give our cops a lot of love.

The injunction doesn't forbid you all to protest, Jeff. It only keeps you away from most of the entrances. If you and your fellow injuctivitees (yeah, I made the word up) want to challenge the damned unconstitutional piece-of-crap injunction then go for it. Clearwater Anonymous has no desire (or the fucking time or money) to fight an injunction that has nothing to do with us.

I don't understand your post, Smurf. I would think you of all people would know that 911 dispatchers and police officers are not there to stand up to anything or anyone in particular. As your post says, they are there to keep the peace within the boundaries of the law. It is not up to them to sort out the bullshit, whether it comes from the CoS or not. Though he couldn't say, I think the cop who shook WBM's hand knew he was on a fool's errand.

    However...

I would support a law that would bill non emergency and bogus situations to the caller. EMT's are not taxis and police officers have better things to do than having to tell someone who has been keeping the peace to continue keeping the peace.

1:30 popo says there is no injunction on file.

let 'em try and enforce that shi- when it aint even on file.
  36. anonymous612 Member

Oh fuck off. If there was a police supervisor actually going around telling officers "Don't pay attention to calls from those guys, it's just bullshit," it would be grossly inappropriate and borderline corruption. Certainly irresponsible. As for standing up to the cult, they are Florida residents just like we are and they are protected by the same laws we are, and the police are, should, and MUST be impartial when dealing with them, just like when dealing with us. Our police are required to be referees, not our friends, or our enemies.

No one assumed the cult was being honest. We're all aware an injunction did at one time exist and at least debateably still does exist. They came over to ask Bunker about it, not to ban him from the area, just to ask him about it, then they went and checked their records. They couldn't find it on file (that surprises me actually). Of course they came over before digging through the records, because if Bunker had said "oh yes there is, my mistake, I'll go now," or even if he had said "well I don't know but I'm leaving anyway," it would have saved them the trouble.

The injunction is not against the LMT, the injunction includes specific individuals. Technically speaking, if he was in one of the forbidden areas, they would be correct in summoning the police, and he should have known better.

    Google LMT Injunction.

that jerk police wannabe is actually a police officer, laddie, and he's not listening to them, he's doing his job; namely, investigating complaints.
  40. anonymous612 Member

It might not be that they couldn't "find" it. It's possible what they actually did is call the superior officer and go "hey do you remember if this guy has an injunction against him?" The CPD had a bit of a reorganization recently and it's possible word of the injunction got lost in the shuffle.

Still, definitely surprises me they couldn't find it. Wonder how much they actually checked for it.
