We need a new XENU.NET! XENU.NET it's short, it's snappy, it looks great on placards! BUT it's too overwhelming for people just wondering what we're about. You have to search through reams of stuff to find out what we want them to know. Yes, this is why we have sites like whyweprotest.net and youfoundthecard.com. But look at those URL's they're long, no particularly memorable, and you'd need a really big placard. We need a new URL, I'm not saying a new site. but something punchy that can redirect to one of these sites and will look as shiney on a placard as XENU.NET does something like ANON.COM maybe. Any ideas?
Re: We need a new XENU.NET! Xenu.net is actually extremely off-putting to the general public. Like, REALLY off-putting. It's overwhelming, too much to read, doesn't engage, and will leave the general public thinking "bawww tl;dr"

If it's still free in the morning (BST here) then I'll register it myself and do the redirect unless some speedy Anon beats me to it.

But when I was telling them where to go and when i got into what it was all about it is soooooo long. youfoundthecard i think happens to be the fast way to learn but even then if there was another name (I would have never thought of that, I ran across it because i kept researching). I have been thinking of putting up just a reconnect site. My stepson is being told lies, I was thinking if there was a fast url name and an easy way to get info. Most of us are pretty good at the internet...but when I was talking to my family (60+people yes i have a large family) I realized that most of the population know about scientology from south park...and they had a hard time thinking of what to put into google to find out about it. We need a simple...stupid url and a much easier way to get ALL THAT INFO TO ONE PLACE. I have been thinking about this for some time. There is so much info to plow through when you start learning all the crap. I wish i had a good name..i will keep thinking.
Re: We need a new XENU.NET! by the way one more thing...i dont know if this is an American difference compared to the uk but...in the US we usually put in .com the .net or .org are not the norm for people in the us who are not how shall i put it...internet savvy. i think if we get a knew name we should have them all linked if you type in .net or .com or .org it goes to the same site (once a new name is brought up) sorry that is just one thing i have noticed...I am not that internet savvy so I thought that might help....just a thought:flowers:

LOL Anyways i have sent an email to the owner of YFTC(dot)com and hoping they will let the domain go for cheap. If not we might need to pool money together for this type of domain. A domain like this will likely go for more than $100+. Hoping they are not in the domain industry or are unaware of how much the domain is actually worth.

Considering it is all premium and is in the VCVC.com format. µµ¸ÞÀÎ µî·Ï - CyPack is the people that own it. Send them an email about it and more than likely you will see them wanting $20K+ for it.
