Imagine working for the federal government and getting a Freedom of Information Act request from someone aggressively determined to get records on her living on a secret Army base named "Chattanooga" in Utah. (No such camp or city has never existed in that state).

So when they send official word back to Babbles that no such city ever existed, she sues them for conspiring to withhold information. American taxpayer dollars at work.

Why does Barbara Schwarz persist in claiming Chattanooga, Utah, a non-existent city..exists?

I got lots of Dev-T on my lines but I’m turning it into cash. Too bad that I have to do it, I rather would be in the Sea Org instead of dealing with the non-Scientology world but with a SO that does not admit that an impostor and a doppelganger replaced Ron and you, I can’t join them and act as if everything would be fine.

A friendly attorney (unfortunately not one with a message by you) emailed me today and told me that he tried to call me but that he had no luck and an automated message played that my phone would be no longer connected. But people who tried to sell me stuff came through today. My phone works just with calls that the SEGNPMSS wants me to get.

If you would call me, Marty, SEGNPMSS would disconnect my phone line and sabotage my e-mail too. A carrier pigeon would be probably more reliable than so-called high tech. If they don’t shut it down or misroute it with remote controlled implants.

I love you very much, Marty, and I will write soon more. In the meantime, I send you all the millions pigeons of the St. Marcus Plaza with love letters. And I hope they drop something or a lot of the head of the warden if he is mean to you.

As well as plain crazy FOIA requests, Babs did a lot of requests checking to see which offices of which US agencies had files on Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard and the current leaders.

It's a good scatter-gun technique for finding out who has files and should be watched.

If Scientology did mass requests directly, government people would be pissed off at them rather than "the crazy lady".

The crazy requests distract from the real questions Scientology wants answered.

Back in the GO days, they used FOIA as a trick to get all the files in one place for stealing. Of course GO was disbanded, they don't do that any more, blah blah blah...

I think she deserves her own Wikipedia page but I don't know if it will fly because there were already three or four big discussions about her. Fred Bauder (top Wikipedia admin) has a thing for her. He is a close friend of Jim Wales and a lawyer in Colorado.
