Where can I find a lawyer that specializes in Narconon cases?

Hi everyone, so happy I found this site! I went to Narconon in Colorado. My father is a hardworking middle class man and he was a victim of fraud. He was worried and didn't do a lot of research so he talked to a man that happened to be a recruter of Narconon. He was desperate because his daughter (myself) was a drug addict. Anyway...he was mislead. He was told that I would have a therapist, medical staff, and ect. The way a real drug rehabilition runs...well, we all know if you went to Narconon or heard anything about it there is no such thing! I won't go into the details of my stay there but, my question is...does anyone know how to contact a lawyer that persues Narconon cases? All I need are names and numbers of lawyers that are working hard to fight Naronon and will help people get there money back. I know he will spend money, if he can get some of his back. If you have any options for us, we are desperate. We were seriously mislead and much more. If you have any names and numbers of lawyers we could talk to it would be much appreciated! Thank you so much.

Welcome to Chanology and WWP, Nicki!

You are in good hands with David Love. I also recommend you seek out Colin Henderson who has been leading the charge against Narconon in Oklahoma. You can DM him here on WWP as Patriot75.

This ^^^>> I agree for sure. I know of several victims, including myself, who came
to WWP and found much needed help very fast.

It's an amazing hive-mind of networking, but most of all, the participants care about
stopping this evil cult in it's ugly tracks.

    Thank you ALL <3 :)

Narconon gets clients because Narconon always has a bed. Real rehabs have waiting lists.

There is a website, Reaching for the Tipping Point, where documentation and progress is the various cases against Narconon is researched and posted. When/if you case get started, this place may help you and your lawyer locate a bit of relevant documentation of the systematic abuse in the Narconon system. Forum at:

    2008? I wasn't here yet, I entered NN TR December 1, 2008 - - undercover, financed by
Big Pharma to sabatoge their program and gather enough evidence to close them down.
Then I was financed by a terrorist group to come here on WWP and be declared by Oklahoma
Homeland Security (along with Colin and Daniel), to be a threat to Homeland Security.

This, of course, was to have me stopped at the boarder from visiting the USA - - but FAIL again
    you dumb OSA nut-bars:)

What I find incredible, is that "DM can stand upright on his two hind legs all by himself, with no help from anyone." :)

NOTE for above: Indeed Reaching for the Tipping Point is excellent for a library of up tp date, relevent DOX.

    Lawsuits Against Narconon
Hamilton Law is now pursuing claims against drug rehabilitation facility Narconon.
If you’re reading this page, there’s a good chance you already know what Narconon is — and more importantly, what it is not. In any case, here’s a brief overview of this duplicitous organization. Narconon purports to be an in-patient drug rehabilitation facility offering high-quality drug intervention programs with extensive counseling services. Patients often get referred to Narconon from supposedly independent “help lines” on the Internet. Narconon tells patients, or just as often, patients’ family members, that they offer state-of-the-art drug treatments and scientifically proven methods of counseling. Some prospective clients are told that Narconon has a 70-80 % drug treatment success rate. Narconon also promises that these treatments will be administered in a safe, clean environment.
But when patients enter the treatment program, after having paid approximately $30,000.00, they discover they’ve been duped. Patients are instructed to undergo absurd “treatments” such as staring at an ashtray for several hours, or staring into another patient’s eyes without talking for extended periods of time. The centerpiece of Narconon’s program is its weeks-long sauna treatment. Patients are instructed to ingest extreme dosages of Niacin and other vitamins — well above what the FDA recommends — and sit in a sauna for very long periods of time. Patients are coerced into signing an acknowledgement that the sauna program is not, in fact, a medical treatment, but is actually an educational program. Most troublesome is the fact that there is no medical supervision of any kind for the patients.
Most of Narconon’s treatments come from the Church of Scientology. The sauna program, for example, is based on an L. Ron Hubbard book about detoxification. (Hubbard’s ideas about detoxification have not withstood scrutiny from the medical community, and have been criticized as dangerous.) Many of the books patients are instructed to read during the Narconon program are books based on Church of Scientology teachings. Narconon does not disclose to patients before entering its program that many of its programs are based on teachings from the Church of Scientology.
Narconon uses a “bait and switch” tactic to prey on families in their time of need. When families truly need to get help for a loved one suffering from drug addiction, Narconon offers pseudo-science and potentially dangerous treatment methods. Worst of all, patients and families do not find about Narconon’s methods until patients are already in the program.
If you or a loved one has been the victim of Narconon’s deceit, contact Hamilton Law to discuss your legal options.

  29. Awesome.

This is the way to go IMO. Everyone who has been tricked by this criminal cult suing individually.

2013 is the collapse. I actually think they will go down this year -as hundreds if not thousands of lawsuits across all their front groups - kills them off.
