The original recordings were meant to benefit victims of 911. When the recievers of the funds were later changed, the artists balked, especially when the beard got pulled off HELP to reveal the scilon connection. In the current incident, scilons in London appear to have misappriated the album cover of "Micheal Jackson The Ultimate Collection" to market a solicitation for funds, ie for financial gain. In the UK, the PRS tightly controls exhibitions of an artists work and the requirements do not appear to have been met there either. I don't think the two events are related except as both being incidents of scientology enterprises attempting to gain access to funds through MJ.
