They are letting you down man. Bloody useless drilling and preparation. Not anywhere near their usual standard. Coached and Drilled on the wrong aspects, completely unprepared, coached or drilled on the most vital ones. Contradicting and conflicting stories and oops THIS is the definitive legal voice of NN INT saying the stuff he says!! Yes as a legal body we knew and did . . .
Unable to even work out Jeff's strategy or the reason behind the questions asked, even when notified well in advance of the questions let alone countering them and what they reveal.
They didn't even manage to get their convo's with Jette covered by lolyer/client privilege!!

Sloppy, sloppy work by your two top legal peeps ... are you really going to let them get away with that?


I wonder if Kendrick finally realised it is not good to be in bed with his daughter's murderers? IF those rumours are true - and you would know slappy, and if not, then maybe he just thinks they are!
Maybe he is paying you back from the inside by deliberately sabotaging your case/s?
Or maybe he is just in meltdown from overwork and being too scilon?

Repeated and thorough sec checks urgently needed to get them back on track (remember they are used to lying under oath so make sure they are lengthy, repeated and very, very thorough to counteract this), you can send them to the hole when it is all over!

What's this bit? ( line 20 page 1112 and again line 5 page 115)- new recent DHR reports saying they believe NN Ga are portraying themselves as residential!!! Recent as in the depo was taken July 2012.

Jeff also pulled up the current, on the day, web page of NN Ga ( starting page140 line 3) showing

and entered a screengrab as a clean verified documentation of it into evidence.
He then gets NN Int to admit that it can see how people could be confused into believing it was a residential facility.

They at least now just claim to offer housing provider referrals - seems they took notice finally (has the site always been Atlanta Recovery centre? I never looked before). They are still holding themselves to be a jail alternative and their legal liaison will help.
