I wanted to talk about what is youtube actuallly doing to Greepeace nowadays... Some of you may know it, but Shell made a contract with Lego to extract oil in arctic, and Greenpeace, to protest against this project, made a video that was simply censored by youtube, and the only excuse of Youtube is that there is a violation of author's rights of Warner Bros, and obviously, I didn't see any violation in the video. But we have to think further than that... What will we say to our children who are fans of Lego, should we tell them that the big boss of Lego, their hero, is just an other corrupted rich boss... It's just an other violation of spreedom of speech on the internet, and it should stop right now! People started to react, and we have to continue!

Freedom of speech means that a government may not interfere with an person's right to express themselves.

It doesn't mean that a person has the right to force YouTube (or any other publisher) to publish their content.

YouTube (owned by Google) is a private entity and, legally, can pick and choose what videos it wants to publish on any basis it likes. Public relations is another matter, of course...
